Adding Items to a Shop

To add new items to the shop:

1. In Email Marketing, from the left sidebar, click Pro Shop.
   
2. Click on the shop you wish to add items to.
   
3. Click Add New Items.
   
4. Then fill in the available fields.
   
   
   
   • Thumbnail: To add an image that best describes the item that you are selling, click Upload. Then click Choose File and select an image from your computer. Then click Submit.
     The recommended size is 100 pixels wide by 100 pixels high which are approximately 1.5 inches by 1.5 inches. The thumbnail is not required, but it adds a little more professionalism to the interface screen.
   • Title (required): Enter the name of the item.
   • Subtitle (required): You can enter a secondary title, such as "Great Deal!" or "Makes a great Christmas gift!"
   • Active Until: If you want the item to be listed on the shop for only a certain period of time, enter that date here. The item will stay active up to and including this date. After that, it will no longer appear in the list, so people can no longer purchase.
   • Quantity Available: If there is a limited quantity of the item available, enter that number here. If you enter a number above 0, after that number of items is reached, the item will be deactivated to prevent further orders. Leave at 0 for no maximum.
   • Price (required): Enter the price of the item. Only enter a numerical value in the field; do not enter a dollar sign or any letters.
   • Description: Enter and format detailed information about the product.
   • Show Size Option: If you are selling items such as a t-shirts, sweatshirts, polos, etc., you may want to let people know which sizes you have available. From the dropdown menu, select Yes and check the boxes for the sizes that you offer. Your customers will then be able to choose a size preference.
   • Is this a Gift Certificate?: If the product is a gift certificate, select Yes from the dropdown menu.
5. Click Add. Then click Go Back to List. You will see the new item in the list.
6. To activate the item and show it to users in your shop:
   • In the Activate column, check the box next to the item.
   • Click Activate.
     
7. At the bottom, click Preview Event to see the items in your shop.
