Creating Databases for Your Emails
To create a new database:
- Click Add Databases from the left side menu of the email marketing system.
- Enter the number of new databases (mailing lists) you want to create and click Submit.
- Type in the title of the group (such as General, Men’s Club, Women’s Club, Members, etc.). Then click Add.
Adding Golfer Email Data
Manual Data Uploads
- Click Add Emails from the left side menu of the email marketing system.
- Enter the number of new entries (from 1-9). Then click Submit.
- Enter the golfer's email address in the appropriate field (required).
- You can fill out the other fields fields for the golfer's information (optional).
- In the Type field, check the box for each database (mailing list) you want the new entry to go into.
- Click Add.
Automatic Uploads
If you have a large list of contacts consisting of 50 or more, then the Manual Upload process may take too much of your time. Cybergolf can upload a large list for you, as long as the data is on a spreadsheet separated by columns as seen in the example below. Once a spreadsheet has been compiled, save and email it to help@cybergolf.com
