Overview: What are we talking about?
The Course Information section of the newsletter allows you to change your golf course or company information. The Course Information will show up on your newsletters and coupons, so any change in this section will affect the look of your newsletters and coupons.
Adjusting Course Information
The Course Information section contains the following fields that you can update:
- Salutation: This field allows you to place a new salutation at the end of your newsletters. The default salutation says "Regards," (which includes the comma) followed by your contact information.
For example, if you wanted to use the phrase "See you on the Green!" then you would type it in the Salutation text box (this change will remove the default "Regards," salutation). Once the Salutation is changed, click Save Settings to save your changes. - Phone: This is the phone number that will show up on your coupons and newsletters. If you need to change the number in this field, type in the new number and click Save Settings to save your changes.
- Email: This is the email address that will show up on your coupons and newsletters. If you need to change the email address in this field, type in the new email and click Save Settings to save your changes.
- Reply-To Email: This is the email address that will receive any replies when one of your recipients click the 'Reply' button in their email account. This email address does not show up on your coupons and newsletters.
If you do not wish to have a reply-to email address, simply leave this field blank. If you need to change this email address, type in the new email and click Save Settings to save your changes. - Address: This is the street address that will show up on your coupons and newsletters. If you need to change the street address, type in the new address and click Save Settings to save your changes.
- City, State, Zip: This information will show up on your coupons and newsletters under the street address information. If you need to make a change to these fields, type in any correction and click Save Settings to save the changes.
- Time Zone: Select the time zone that your property is in from the dropdown menu.
- Stripe Onboarding Form: Click the button to sign up with Stripe for your payment processing. The onboarding process may be started, saved for later if you need to gather more information, and then resumed here.
Adjusting Social Networking Icons
The Social Networking Icons section contains fields that you can update with your business' URL for various social media platforms.
If you input your social networking URLs , an icon will be displayed at the bottom of your newsletters, linking to that platform.
